Max & Nolan's 3rd Birthday

Please join us in lighting this candle in celebration of Max & Nolan’s 3rd birthday! We feel so fortunate to have such incredible support from family and friends each year during our fundraising in honor of “The Boys”. I hope on February 15th and every time you light it after, you think of their light and all they have brought to our lives. 

This candle was designed to represent our sweet boys in all the ways they have shown up for us. From the cactuses that grew beside their urn, to the balloons that would randomly show up at the right times, to the color yellow that so eloquently represents their warmth and light. They are honored. They are celebrated. They are so incredibly loved. 

To our sweet boys: happiest birthday babies. Until we can celebrate together, we will continue to celebrate and honor you with love and kindness. -The Costello Family

A portion from sales of this candle will be donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities in CNY, a charity committed to increasing access to medical care for children, and ensuring families have the opportunity to be fully involved in their child’s medical care plan.

Each candle is hand poured in small batches. As with all handmade products, variations will occur. This product is final sale and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.

Core Collection

Birthday Cake | buttercream, vanilla frosting, sweet cream, decadent pound cake, cane sugar, meringue and coconut pudding.

Sage & Lavender |  sage, chamomile, lavender, bergamot, and camphor.

Seaside Blossom | sea salt, freesia, orange peel, green leaves, and amber.

Sweet Citrus | orange peel, juicy peach, mango, and grapefruit.

Care & Safety

Allow candle to burn completely until the wax is liquid across the surface during every use to prevent your candle from tunneling.

Trim wick before each lighting. Never leave burning candle unattended. Keep away from children and flammable items. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

A candle should not be burned for more than four hours at a time. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 1/4 inch of wax remains in the container.

Shipping & Exchanges

Domestic Shipping

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, you can contact hello@sageandsaracandles.com for a status update. Please note that USPS and UPS experience delays with delivery during the holiday season.

We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time.

The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days. UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. 

Why hasn’t my package arrived yet?
If you are waiting for a package in transit, it may arrive later than expected as USPS and UPS are all experiencing higher-than-normal package volume. This can cause packages to be delayed, as well as less scans along the way. If your tracking information is showing that a label has been printed, your order has been packed and is awaiting it’s next scan. Please understand that these delays are completely out of our control.

Why won’t my tracking information update?
Because of the overwhelming amount of packages at shipping facilities, it is taking longer to get every package scanned at each point in the transit process. Please reach out directly to the carrier if you are having an issue with your tracking information. We do not have any additional information other than what is already provided via the tracking information.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. We carefully inspect all of our products before they are shipped; however, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered.

You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at hello@sageandsaracandles.com for further details.
