Raising awareness and supporting families

The loss of a child is a path many parents have crossed. As I personally walk through my own grief journey, I know that nothing can take the pain away, but I hope the love poured over each candle can be felt whenever one of of them is received by another grieving family. My wish is they bring comfort to their healing hearts, and may it let them know they are not alone in their journey.

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with local hospitals and nonprofit organizations that share our mission. Through our partnerships, we create special candles, hand-poured by a grieving Mom, and share a beautiful sympathy message that celebrates the life of those gone too soon. Our candles are included inside a memory box given to families as they leave the hospital without their baby (ies) or directly from a local nonprofit. Each purchase supports our small business mission and partner featured.

The mission of Forever Footprints is to ensure that families who have suffered a pregnancy or infant loss receive the best support, comfort, and resources possible. To do so, Forever Footprints provides families with direct services, educates the medical community to improve quality of care and response, and offers opportunities for remembrance to help families find their own path to healing.

St. Joseph Hospital offers a Perinatal Comfort Care team for families with a prenatal diagnosis that indicates their baby may die before or soon after birth. They are dedicated to embracing parents who have made the decision to continue their pregnancy and wish to spend every precious moment with their baby.
