Our one-of-a-kind collection consists of candles we poured in jars that were sitting on a shelf as a sample for future use. As we cleared out our inventory earlier this year, we decided to finally put them to use and offer them to you at a discounted price. We only made one candle per jar! Each jar comes in a different color with its own unique fragrance picked by our friends on Instagram, truly making them one-of-a-kind.

**Please note: As with all handmade and small-batch items, no two pieces are exactly the same. We guarantee the quality and individuality of our candles, but variations in wax color, size and minor scratches in some jars have occurred. Scratches are most noticeable in the matte white and matte yellow jars.
If you purchase two or more of these, you may notice one jar looks fuller than the other, but we promise each jar was filled with exactly 14 oz. Make sure you are okay with this when making your final purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.**

Berries: Smokey rich woods and charred hemp leaves create a one-of-a-kind balance with pear nectar and Goji berries.
Birthday Cake: A delicious blend of strawberry with creamy vanilla, spun sugar and butter frosting.
Fern: An earthy bouquet of soft florals and greens with notes of jasmine, gardenia, fern & moss.
Fresh Fig: A fresh and coastal fragrance with notes of sea salt, sun-ripened fig and jasmine.
Lemon Verbena: A fresh and citrusy fragrance with a clean and complex finish.
Palo Santo: A woodsy scent with notes of cedar, black currant, Arabian Rose and Palo Santo. Ritualistically burned to cleanse a space of bad energy in many Central and South American countries, Palo Santo or "holy wood" is said to have purifying and healing properties.
Pineapple: A juicy tropical escape. Sweet pineapple nectar blended with vanilla and sugared lime.
Rosemary Sage: Earthy and herbal notes of rosemary, sage and pine combined with green florals and eucalyptus.
Sage & Lavender: A calming scent that is ideal for burning before bed, meditation, or while taking a bath. Notes of sage and chamomile are blended with earthy lavender and sandalwood.
Succulent: A green and floral fragrance with notes of sweet agave and aloe.
Sweet Citrus: A combination of bright citrus and mango with juicy peach.
Care & Safety
Allow candle to burn completely until the wax is liquid across the surface during every use to prevent your candle from tunneling.
Trim wick before each lighting. Never leave burning candle unattended. Keep away from children and flammable items. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
A candle should not be burned for more than four hours at a time. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 1/4 inch of wax remains in the container.
Shipping & Exchanges
Economy Shipping AND Free Shipping: Due to coronavirus-related delays, all orders may take 1-2 weeks to ship, unless otherwise noted.
The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days while USPS First class usually takes 2-5 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
At Sage and Sara Candle Co., all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Sage and Sara Candle Co. within 7 days of delivery.
You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com for further details.
Due to restrictions caused by coronavirus, we cannot currently accept exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
Will you donate <insert large number> candles for my organizations and/or event?
Because we are a small company, we are unable to donate large amounts of candles for multiple organizations at a time/events. If you would like to purchase them at bulk prices, please contact us. We will occasionally donate gift sets or single candles for silent auctions for causes or organizations that share our mission.
Do you offer samples?
This is something we are currently working on. We'd love to give you the option to select small-sized candles before you commit to our bigger sizes. Stayed tuned.
Where can I buy your products/smell your scents in person?
At this time we do not have a storefront or stockists. All of our candles are only available on our website.
Are your candles all natural and nontoxic?
All our products utilize synthetic and man-made fragrance blends. While this may disqualify us from the all-natural category, over 90% of the content of our candles is plant-derived.
Why can't I smell anything from your candle?
We try to exceed expectations by creating high-quality candles that are thoroughly tested. However, we are up against a lot of factors when it comes to scenting a space without overwhelming or causing discomfort.
Our abilities to perceive fragrance, and the physiological reactions we may have to fragrance, vary widely and are different for each individual - which means that we cannot create a one-size-fits-all product.
Please consider that you may experience olfactory fatigue, or odor fatigue – the temporary inability to distinguish a particular scent after prolonged exposure to that airborne compound. This is totally normal, and often happens when you use the same fragrance for a long period of time. We suggest keeping a stash of 2 or 3 scents you love and regularly rotating them when you notice the strength fading.
The size of your space is also important. Larger rooms or those with high ceilings or large openings into other rooms may require a few products to sustain the fragrance in the space. We recommend that you try burning multiple candles at a time to build the fragrance to your desired level.
How fragrant are your products?
Again, this may vary on an individual's ability to perceive fragrance.
To ensure your space is well-scented, we suggest using each candle in the appropriately-sized space.
Small Spaces: 7 oz candles for a stronger, more contained scent throw.
Medium Spaces to Large Spaces: We suggest burning two or more 7oz candles at a time.
How should I take care of my candle?
It is highly recommended that you trim the candle's wick to 1/4" before or after every burn session, and allow the candle to burn 3-4 hours intervals or until a full melt pool has reached the jar's edges. For more tips, please refer to our Candle Care page.
Can your jars be recycled?
Absolutely. They can also be repurposed in many different ways that we will show you very soon.
Do you do private label/custom scents?
Not at this time.
Do you offer bulk discounts for my wedding/event/corporate gift?
Yes, if you would like to order a minimum of 24 pieces of one style/scent. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for information on bulk orders.
Do you wholesale?

Do you offer candle making classes?
Not at this time, but we envision it happening in the future.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time, but we look forward to serving our international customers one day.

Please make a note if you absolutely need us to ship the next business day and we’ll do our best to rush your order. We will reach out to you to discuss expedited shipping charges.
Do you dropship?
No, we do not dropship or sell on dropship e-commerce stores.
